Shipping Information

Order turnaround

I ship orders regularly on Mondays and Thursdays, unless specified otherwise in the item description. Large orders and Recorded Delivery may take a little longer to ship. 

You will be emailed a shipping confirmation once your order has shipped or emailed personally if there is any delay. If you need your item held back because you will be away, or have any other requests, just let me know and I’ll do my best to help.

PayPal eCheques

Paypal payments using e-Cheque (bank transfer) can take up to 10 days to clear – you order will not be shipped until payment is complete. Please check your PayPal account for more information.

Delivery Times

UK orders are sent First Class and usually arrive in 1-3 days.
International orders are sent Airmail and usually arrive in 5-21 days.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £20!

If your order total is £20 or more you will get free shipping in the UK or discounted international shipping. What better excuse to splash out?

International Shipping

I ship internationally to all countries. Outside the UK, please choose the correct postage for your region. European Airmail only applies to countries within Europe (see list), otherwise please choose International Airmail. Any postage overcharge (above 50p) will be refunded after shipping.

Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide a correct address. I cannot be held responsible for missing orders if you provided an incorrect address. Please check your address carefully and inform me of any issues.

Recorded Delivery

Recorded delivery is available for UK packages for an small additional cost. This is the most reliable method of postage and should be used if you have any doubts about access to your address. Parcels sent without Recorded Delivery are at your own risk so I strongly advise you to choose this option.

Customs and Duty

You are responsible for all duties/customs fees that may be applied by your country. The customs form will state the accurate value of the items included and will be marked ‘other’. Please don’t ask me to falsify this information, though orders can be split on request.

Lost or delayed items

If your order has not arrived after 3 weeks, please let me know so we can get it investigated. Please check with your neighbours/building supervisor/local delivery office first in case it’s sitting in a corner somewhere. All packages have my return address displayed so the worst case is usually that they turn up back here.

Order and Address Discrepancies

At present, I am unable to edit information in your order on my system. If you inform me of any corrections or changes to your address or order these will not show up in your shipping confirmation email. I will of course apply them to your actual order.

Fraud

Shopify checks for fraud as part of the order process. If an order is flagged as possible fraud, I reserve the right to cancel the order and refund in full without explanation. If you think I am making a mistake with your order, feel free to contact me to discuss.

Care of items

Any hand or machine washing of items is done at your own risk, unless clearly stated in the item description. All items are created and stored in a smoke and pet-free environment.

Gift Wrapping

Items can be gift wrapped to save you some time and effort – just remember to add gift wrapping for each item to your cart before you check out. You’ll find it on the checkout page. All orders usually include some additional random bits and bobs and often a free badge or card. Check the Special Offers page for up to date offers.
