If you are not satisfied with your item please return as packaged and in unused condition within seven days of receipt for a full refund via PayPal. Return shipping costs cannot be covered unless the product is faulty or there was a mistake with the order. Any returned item that shows obvious signs of wear will not incur a refund. Custom orders can only be returned by agreement with myself. Please email me to discuss your problem before returning any items. Where the return policy differs, it will be stated on the individual product page.
Digital products can only be returned and refunded before downloading. I use a download service which sends individual download links. Once the product has been downloaded, it can only be replaced or refunded if faulty or not as described.
Damaged and faulty items
Everything is stress tested so it should hold together as well as most shop-bought items. If an item arrives damaged or breaks in the first 90 days, I will repair it for free, replace with a similar item or provide a refund. Items broken due to excessive wear or use before or after the 90 day period can sometimes be repaired for a small fee. Please email me to discuss.
