How do wholesale orders work?

With wholesale orders, you can choose from all the products available to make up an order and buy them at a discounted price of approximately 50%. Once payment is received, your order will be shipped and you can set your own prices. The minimum order for wholesale is £50 which can be made up of any number of products, but must include at least 2 of each product chosen.

How does Sale or Return work?

For sale or return, I can supply you from a limited selection of products so that you can test the market and see what sells with a commission (usually 60%) paid to me from your sales. Unsold stock can be returned to me after an agreed period, usually 3 or 6 months. Sale or Return is only available within the UK and orders are capped at a maximum of £100 (retail) of stock for one order only.

Why aren’t all products available for Sale or Return?

Many of my products are either too expensive or too time-consuming for me to have spare inventory. I require a payment in advance so that I can purchase stock or take the time to create products especially for you. However, if you are based in Glasgow, I may be willing to let you order other products since I can meet you in person.

Can you make an exclusive product just for my shop?

I’m certainly happy to discuss this. It’s unlikely I would allow a shop to have exclusive rights on selling one of my products but I’m always happy to consider creating something in an exclusive colour scheme or variation for a shop. Email me to discuss!

Who pays for shipping?

Sale or Return orders are usually sent free of charge. Return postage is your responsibility and should match my own shipping in terms of packaging and service (eg. Recorded Delivery). For wholesale, it depends on the item but larger orders will generally receive additional discounts including shipping discounts.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept bank transfer and cheque payments from businesses within the UK and PayPal everywhere. Orders are not sent until payment has cleared.

Do you do drop shipping?

No, I do not have the time to to manage any more drop shipping or marketplace sales.
