Hip en Hot

Marceline Smith, the face behind Asking For Trouble, allows herself to be inspired in her work by Japan and vintage patterns. She makes accessories, gifts, cards, brooches, keyrings, notebooks and bags. The very first thing I noticed were the heartshaped bookmarks. So simple, yet cute! Of course, I happen to be a great reader so I often use those kind of things anyway. I'm going to get her to send me some soon.

It's handy that the shop offers a choice of prices in sterling and euros. You are aware of the amount you are spending before you settle your account. My bookhearts, for instance, cost just 2 euros. I get 2 for that price. That's no money for something so cute. And they are handmade. Also, Marceline allows me to give my readers a special gift: If you mention Hip & Hot when you finish your order, you receive one of her specially designed beautiful cards for free! So.... go shopping soon! (Translation by Paulina Honig)
