Fabric Notebooks

By Marceline | May 7, 2008

I’ve just added some supercute new notebooks to the shop and I love them so much. I’ve been pondering the possibilities of fabric covered notebooks for a while but I only recently figured out the right type of glue. After that it was plain sailing. Well, after spending a good hour going through my huge box of fabric looking for the perfect patterns. I was worried there would be a lot of fraying going on and that I would ruin everything by trying to stick ribbon on top but it has all worked out perfectly. Looks like all my practice with washi has helped me get this down first time. You can check out more photos of the notebooks in the gallery.

Anyway, if you’d like a notebook covered with happy clouds, funny bunnies or frolicking pandas then get yourself over to the shop. The night owls will be on Etsy sometime today. Don’t forget, they all come with a free bookheart bookmark. I made a whole batch of them yesterday in various patterns - don’t they look pretty all together?

Oh My Gosh!! Those little heart bookmarks are just the cutest things! What a great item to give away with your other goodies…or for stocking stuffers, party favors, secret pal presents, etc. Adorable!
