Tokyo Shopping Guide: Lemmon

Picnic elephant

Despite the severe protesting of our feet after a hard day’s shopping and sightseeing, we were drawn into this shop by the adorable picnic bags above and soon forgot our aching feet.

While technically a shop for mums with school age kids, it has some very cute stuff for bento and kawaii fans too.

A large part of the store is set apart for bento accessories and there’s a huge range of boxes, cups, cutlery, chopsticks, furoshiki, oshibori (small hand towels) with cases and much more, all decorated with every cute character you can imagine. They also had cute tissues, plasters and purses as well as a huge range of cute kids clothes including the most adorable aprons. Everything is cheap so well worth a look.

How to get there

Lemmon is on the same street as Tomato so check that post for directions. I hear there is also a branch opposite Sunshine City but we couldn’t spot it (we didn’t have time to look that hard though – please leave a comment if you know where it is).
